This therapeutic service utilizes firm to deep pressure, slow movements and targeted techniques to improve muscle function and increase mobility. The goal is to address chronic tension, muscle and connective tissue adhesions and reduce pain. It should be noted that while this type of massage can be intense, it should never be painful.

Unwind with a light to medium pressure therapeutic massage, utilizing fluid and gliding techniques, to alleviate tension and promote deep relaxation for your mind and body. The goal is increased circulation, reduced stress and to enhance overall well being.

This treatment utilizes silicone cups working in tandem with manual massage therapy to provide a service that is highly effective at decreasing restrictions, improving mobility and increasing circulation. The suction created by the cups draws the layers of the skin and underlying tissues upward, providing a strong complement to traditional massage techniques that apply downward pressure, enabling a more well rounded approach. Please note, cupping has the potential to create skin discoloration, especially with stationary techniques, that appear similar to bruising, but are a normal and temporary side effect.
